Freelance Recruitment consultant

Position Type: Commission-Based

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients.
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  1. Recruitment:
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles based on client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely and successful placements.
  1. Networking:
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional connections.
  • Utilize social media platforms and other tools to build and maintain a robust professional network.
  1. Sales and Negotiation:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates, addressing concerns and inquiries.
  1. Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Prepare and present reports on business development and recruitment performance.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and/or recruitment, preferably in a freelance capacity.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and successfully placing candidates.
  1. Industry Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with various industries and an understanding of their recruitment needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes.
  1. Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and candidates.
  1. Self-Motivated:
  • Ability to work independently, set and achieve goals, and manage time effectively.
  1. Technology Proficiency:
  • Comfortable using recruitment platforms, CRM systems, and various communication tools.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based role with competitive rates based on successful placements and business development achievements.
