We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrator / Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including invoicing, managing bookings, and dispatching technicians. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive attitude.

✅Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
  • Managing and processing invoices
    -Handling customer bookings and appointments
  • Coordinating technician dispatches and ensuring timely service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • General reception duties and providing administrative support to the team

✅Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Own transport required for the role
