– Tsakani Branch

Responsibilities:

– Administrative Tasks: Staff updates, cash counts, auditors’ reports, cash transfers, filing, shortages reports, HR updates, and stock orders

– Operational Support: Operation book updates, CCTV monitoring, and reporting suspicious activities to the Branch Manager

– Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with queries and complaints, maintain a tidy terminal, and provide betting information

– Compliance: Follow betting policies, report system faults, handle FICA rules, and follow Grand Slots procedures

– Team Support: Ensure cleaning schedules, submit training records, relieve – – Field Manager when needed, and report to General, Branch, and Regional Managers

– Other Duties: Time sheet submission, cancellation reports, and assisting on terminals during busy hours

Experience and Skills Required:

– Must be 18 years or older (Legal requirement for betting industry)

– Matric (High School Certificate)

– Previous cash handling experience

– Strong communication and customer service skills

– Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, especially during peak sporting seasons

– Strong computer skills

– Flexible working hours (Branch operates between 8 am and 9 pm)

– Clear criminal record
